Three habits for local handovers.
Count cash together
Delivery counts customer COD. Sorting records cash it receives from the rider; Company records cash it receives from Sorting. Enter the amount actually counted and keep one agreed receipt reference. Resolve a mismatch before confirming.
Check before trying again
After an interrupted save, use Check previous save, then review the current record. Keep your receipt or payment reference. A save error is never a reason to send a second payment or repeat the cash handover.
